State of Fear

Michael Crichton wrote an excellent book about climate change. Sure, it’s got a mystery/action plot wrapped around it, but the science is real. When’s the last time you read a fiction book with footnotes explaining what what real and where you could go (on the Net) to learn more?

On top of that he included a 20+ page appendix where he lays out his views on man-caused global warming.

It’s a great read, and eye-opening to boot.
